1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Launch Socials ("the Service"), including launchsocials.com and ai.launchsocials.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Access and Accounts

Access to the AI Toolkit platform is by invitation only. You must be accepted into the Launch Socials program to receive access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account access with unauthorized third parties
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any AI models or proprietary systems
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs without permission
• Use the Service to build competing products or services

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, AI models, prompts, frameworks, and functionality, is owned by Launch Socials and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data and content you upload, but grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content

The AI bots and tools provided through the Service generate outputs based on your inputs and our proprietary training data. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before using it in your business.

6. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms are established at the time of your enrollment in the Launch Socials program. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your enrollment agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launch Socials shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any results achieved through use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
